Permanent Shutdown of PDFMailer on 1 July 2025

We are announcing the permanent shutdown of PDFMailer, effective 1 July 2025. The service will cease processing jobs beyond this date.

PDFMailer was a legacy system that allowed developers to send emails and generate PDF documents before the introduction of CloudCode.

How do I know if I am using PDFMailer? If you are using PDFMailer, your webhooks will have receiver="pdfmailer" in your data model. For more details on webhooks, refer to our documentation: Webhooks to External Systems.

What actions should I take? We recommend migrating your email-sending and document generation workflows to CloudCode, which provides a more robust and scalable way to handle these tasks.
